The Seven Toccatas
Bach on Clavichord, Vol. 2

Richard Troeger
Clavichord
Baroque Keyboard master Richard Troeger does it again with another premiere recording of Bach's keyboard works performed on clavichord! Why on the clavichord? Because this supremely clear, expressive, and colorful instrument was fundamental to keyboard players in Bach's time. Now it can be heard again in repertory that has rarely if ever been played on it since the eighteenth century.
